Aspire Academy School has been honoured by the Qatar Teachers Association for its initiatives that support teachers’ professional development and enhance the quality of education in Qatar.
The award was presented as part of the World Teachers’ Day celebrations on 5 October by the Association’s Honorary President, Her Excellency Sheikha Hessa bint Hamad Al Thani.
The recognition followed the success of the “Teacher in the Era of Digital Transformation” programme, which Aspire Academy hosted in collaboration with the Qatar Teachers Association.
The programme brought together educators from a range of educational institutions to exchange knowledge and explore innovative practices aimed at strengthening their professional capabilities.
The initiative reflects Aspire Academy’s belief that educational development is rooted in human development and that teachers remain central to creating meaningful learning experiences, no matter how tools and technologies evolve.
Aspire Academy will continue the initiative with a series of professional development programmes and workshops in January 2027.
The new series will create more opportunities for learning, professional growth and knowledge exchange. They will also help teachers respond to the demands of a changing educational landscape and extend the benefits to the wider education community across Qatar.
Aspire Academy’s commitment extends beyond developing its student-athletes to building a more prepared, innovative educational community by creating spaces that bring together educators, expertise, and inspiring experiences.
