Measuring Our Performance

The ASPIRE Zone Foundation has established specific objectives and ASPIRE aims to achieve the highest possible measure of each objective as a reflection of the success of the Academy:

  • Graduate High School. Percent of student-athletes graduating with an accredited high school certificate
  • Qualify for University, be Fully Employed or Fully in Training. Percent of student-athletes enrolled in university, employed full-time or a full-time athlete in training
  • Selection for National Junior Teams. Percent of Qatar national age group squads who are ASPIRE student-athletes
  • Selection for National Senior Teams. Number of current or former ASPIRE student-athletes currently in a Qatar national senior team
  • Performance Improvement. Percent of all Academy student-athletes demonstrating performance improvement over the previous year
  • Become Leaders. Percent of Academy student-athletes judged to be “very good” to “excellent” on 'leadership behavior'
  • Staff/Program Internationally Recognized. Staff and program receiving external recognition, awards and/or accreditation for excellence in performance from international organizations
  • Parent/Student-Athlete Satisfaction. Percent of parents and student-athletes who are “satisfied”, “very satisfied” or “fully satisfied” with the student-athlete’s ASPIRE experience
