Toulon International Youth Football Festival

Despite a relatively good start at the ASPIRE sponsored FIFA youth tournament in Toulon, the Qatar U20 team, lead by Frenchman Jean Dominique Paternoga, returned home after three consecutive defeats (0:1 against France, 0:3 against Chili and 0:6 against Portugal). However, regardless of the results, the trip was still an invaluable experience for the young Qatari players as they had the opportunity to test their skills and talent against some of the world’s most promising stars of the future.
